Deposits and Fees:

1, Registered bidders must submit a deposit prior to bidding in the form of a certified check or cashier's check to Secretary of HUD of at least $16,426.14 (10% of the Secretary's Bid)

2. Buyer's Premium: Winning bidders must also submit $9855.69 (6% buyer's premium of starting bid) in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made out to Quinn Legal, P. A. for auction services. This is a separate check paid upon successful high bid at the time of the auction. If the 6% auction fee is higher than the minimum buyer's premium deposit, this will be collected at closing.
